What Is This Session About?
In today’s fast-evolving landscape, Training and Adult Education (TAE) professionals in Singapore must continuously upskill to meet the dynamic needs of diverse learners. This workshop is tailored to equip trainers with the tools, strategies, and confidence to create impactful, learner-centric experiences that resonate with adult learners.
Building on the success of the ‘Mastering Adult Learning in the CET Classroom’ course, this new offering delves deeper into andragogical principles, drawing inspiration from foundational works such as Knowles' ‘Andragogy in Action’ (1984) and Sousa and Tomlinson’s ‘Differentiation and the Brain’ (2011). By integrating these insights, the workshop equips TAE professionals with advanced strategies for engaging adult learners, accommodating diverse learning styles, and promoting knowledge retention.
